DVDR 8x MultiUse +/-

"What disks do I need?" is a common question when buying DVD's. However with the dawn of the NEW Mutiuse DVDR Disk this should never be an issue again.

MultiUse means that it works as both a DVD+R and a DVD-R, therefore whthere you use the DVD-R drive in your PC or the DVD+R recorder under you TV, a Multiuse Disk will work.

Maybe it's a flip-side disc, DVD+R on one side and DVD-R on the other side? If it does not work in your burner, just turn it over and burn...

From the quote in em64t's post it may just possibly be that you have to write those discs with a + burner, but can read them on a DVD-R drive in the PC, or can play it thru the + writer on a TV. (!?@#*?)
