2COOL's guide is somewhat obsolete as it uses IfoEdit. Nowadays it's much easier to fix it in PgcEdit...

Well, I tried it in PgcEdit like r0lZ suggested (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=90327):

For every PGC in the domain, go to the PGC Editor, and disable the audio stream.

I checked it out both in PgcEdit/Ifoedit where my unwanted stream is marked as 'none' or '0' respectively. Still I have 2 audio streams but 3 are listed in PowerDVD:

English
Italian
German

whereas Italian is greyed out. I dunno why this got left over from DVD shrinking cause I had disabled that stream. So how do I make the Italian one not to be listed at all, dunno if keeping this one in might confuse some standalones?!

DVD Shrink doesn't take it out of the tables (and it's in the middle so you can't). To make it unlisted, the best thing is to make German stream 2, Italian stream 3 (disable it) and OK out of the PGC Editor. Then run the "fix number of streams" macro. This will make it 2 streams in any player.

Make sure your menu (if you have one) maps the languages correctly (German will need to be mapped to stream 2 not 3).

Yes, it's also easy to use adapt the IfoEdit guide with PgcEdit.
