I have AC3 audio. I need to strech it and get 5.1 AAC.
How I can do this? What software I need?

besweet -core ( -input file.ac3 -output out.wav -6chwav ) -soundtouch (...) -azid (...)
faac -o output.mp4 -q xxx out.wav
Inserting your favorite azid options and soundtouch options to stretch the audio, and replacing xxx with your desired quality. Or if you have nero installed you can do it one step with besweet/belight.

Can I stretch not so:
23.877 fps to 23.871 fps (for example)
but so:
8002.405 seconds to 8210.222 seconds (for example)?
Can I do this with BeSweet?

I've tried BeSweet and BeLight and I get silent audio file (I've tried WAV and AAC).
@ AlexeyS,
1. Use VirtualDubMod to set correct audio synchro by settings in FRAME RATE from VIDEO folder
2.Then demux audio in VDM
2. Use HeadAC3 by DarkAvenger from http://mitglied.lycos.de/darkav/
remember to check all 6 channels when converting to 6-ch. AAC
4. Use AVImux_GUI for remuxing
5. Use VLC Player to control audio play.
eb
Samples with 6 channel audios within the video you can download from
ftp://www.eb.enterpol.pl
user name www.eb.enterpol.pl
password eb
Samples 666test+ac3+aac+pgg+mp3 +mp2.mkv
test+ac3+aac+ogg+mp3 .mkv
PS
These 6ch. audios were prepared from mp2 256kb/s from tvsat records, video was recorded directly on live to .avi with simultanies black areas croping .

You mean I have to change video frame rate? I think it's bad idea...
I need to get normal stretched AAC which will be playing with video with normal fps...
I've converted AC3 to six mono waves. Then I've streched them to normal video fps.
What channels I need to Normalize (I get C, FL, FR, LFE, SL, SR)?
How I can convert six mono waves to 5.1 AAC?
I always prefere not to change the audio.
I am doing it by setting in VDM framerate to let say 25.035 and at the same time few lines below setting framerate to 25.000
Load your 5.1 AC3 to DarkAvenger program and check NORMALIZE to 98%, check all 6 channels and set convertion to AAC also setting quality parameters.
