Plz Help!!

I have some vob files of different movie clips,they dont have any .bup or .ifo files so i cant get them to go on a dvdr without these files so if someone could kindly help me id say this has been asked before but i have looked everywhere and no help yet so plzzzzz :(

Im sorry for the mis-use of exclamation point's.....and just wanted to say that this isnt a pirated dvd copy its small clips ive made from my vacation a cpl weeks ago i used a program called power producer to convert from mpg to vob but the ifo or bup files didnt get sent to the folder cant find them on my pc...but ty to all who helped :)

If you still have the mpeg files load them in an authoring program, such as Tmpgenc dvd Author, make your menu etc. and your saved output will have ifo, bup and vob files.
