DVD Lab Pro cuts my episodes in half??

I'm using DVD Lab Pro v3.0 to author some television episodes which I converted using Diko. I created a new 'movie' for every episode, and in the menu window I drag and drop the 'movies'. Everything turns out great, when I compile the whole thing and play it back, every episode cuts about halfway through. I've tried looking at everything that I could think of, I did not create chapters, I told dvd lab not to create any, I can't imagine what could be causing this.

Does anyone have an idea? thanks.

Actually I just realized that it merges parts of the episodes into one....Still can't figure out how to rid myself of that though...
