Why dosent "Target quality (in percentage)" only do one pass ?
I would like to do "Target quality (in percentage)" whit 70, whit to passes, bechause the quality is better than one pass.

1) Please type properly so that we can all understand what you are asking.
2) Please search the forum + do some reading. Asked and answered many times before. :search:
3) You cannot set a percentage quality and do a 2-pass encode. It has to be 1-pass. 2-pass is for hitting a target size when....OK, I won't say any further. Do your searching.

I'll make it easy. The compressibility of any video sequence is different than any other video sequence. Therefore, if you want a constant quality, the size will vary from one video sequence to another.
Single pass encoding with AGK is Constant Quality.
See the DivX User Guide (http://www.divx.com/divx/divxpro/guides/) for an explanation of a constant quality encoding vs. a multipass encoding with bitrate controls. It's got helpful explanations for all MPEG encoding, whether or not you use DivX. Its also available in 4 languages. (Deja Vu, I just typed this in another thread here.)
Time to read.
