Need help integrating A64/SSE2 optimised vorbis with Besweet!

Hey,
Since upgrading from my 1.4 tbird I haven't seen much speed increase encoding ac3 to ogg vorbis using besweet or oagmachine - I've been hunting around for a SSE2 optimized build and found this:

http://www.rarewares.org/files/ogg/libvorbis1.1.0.zip

I've downloaded it and it only contains 1 DLL file (libvorbis.dll), and there is no such file in the besweet folder for it to replace :| Should I just copy it into the folder or do I need some different vorbis files for besweet/oagmachine? If I only need to copy it into the besweet folder, is it safe to delete the other 4 vorbis files in the directory?

have you ever tested the optimized library in another program to see how much speed increase there really is??

if there is an optimized library on rarewarez i think there must be atleast one program on which it is already tested.
