I'm pretty sure I know what is the matter, since my generic "chapters.txt" file looks like this:

15000
30000
45000
60000
(...)
255000
270000

i.e. I don't want to set specific chapters, but instead use "generic" points just to be able to seek inside the video.

OK, until some time ago everything worked perfectly, but now the problem obviously is in the excessive chapter points, i.e. beyound the duration of the video.

Now, lazy as I am, and probably as most humans are, I don't want to modify my "hard-calculated" file (yeah, manually by windows calc), nor receive notifications of something I am well aware about, but instead I want large friendly letters saying "Don't Panic. Your DVD was muxed successfully." :)

That's because I'm pretty sure all went well, the logfile says so, the dvd is playable, but stil... a grain of doubt remains.

Please, Mr. mpucoder, can something be done about it? If nothing else, just a word of assurance here on the forum could do.

And thank you (hug hug) for this little gem of a program!

Maybe it's time for an FAQ here, since this question has been asked many times already. And some programs that generate chapter lists have already been changed. The problem is, in this case and many others, a chapter at the very end of the video. I don't know why chapter lists included that, but it can't be made. Have a look at this (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&postid=633099#post633099)
I didn't add the error just to be lazy and not "fix" things for you. It's better to stop at that point and let you know the scene does not exist then to possibly run into more references to the non-existant cell, program, or chapter based on that scene. Muxman is evolving, and with the increased complexity comes some restrictions.

I don't know how your DVD played, as the error is fatal, and there is no VIDEO_TS.IFO created when this happens.

Oh, right... I didn't check it thoroughly, just played the last VOB... saw there were some IFOs (or maybe only one) and assumed nothing's missing. Didn't compile an ISO since I had to go sleep... and also wasn't sure, that's why I asked.

Anyway, mpucoder, please don't let this thing bother you. I promise I'll be less lazy and delete lines from my "generic" chapter.txt every time :). Really, I made too much assumptions, but even though I follow the muxman thread daily, sometimes I don't pay much attention to things said there (or even don't understand them).

Thank you again!
