.VOB - Out of sync

This is really puzzling as I ripped the .vob files of the film to the hard drive and it lasts 10 mins in sync and then starts gradually to go out of sync, by the end its well out of sync by 2 - 3 seconds, any help will be appreciated.

You usually don't need those infos. I mean, this is applied only if you demux an andio trace for synchronization purposes. On the .VOB files the audio is usually perfectly in-sync with the video...
It seems what happens when you have a MP3 VBR-compressed audio stream in an AVI and you try to convert it to MPEG (CBR). Usually the solution is to uncompress the whole stream ant then re-encode the file using the uncompressed stream as audio source, but I don't how to apply this on a VOB.
It seems you should find an application able to correct the audio stream which is located in the VOB (un-compress and re-encode, maybe delay it to have the same beginning point?) and then join it to the VOB video, to create a new perferctly-working VOB.
