Convert 30.000 to 29.790 fps??

Is there a way to convert a audo with 30.000 fps to 29.970 fps with besweet or with other software.

I try to use normal method, but bsweet can't start conversion!

You can use BeSweet for this but with soundtouch command.

Ex : -soundtouch( -r 30000 29970 )
