i had encoded this dvd using xvid (not sure which version) some time back .. not sure i have checked it before .. i have this bad habit of encoding stuff & leavin it there without even lookin at it once ..
anyways now when i playback half of it is weird/blocky in all the players .. i dont know what to call this effect .. it happens with some videos when i skip it forward, but this is the first time it happens when i playback .. when i open in virtualdub & fool around virtualdub crashes .. is it possible its a problem with the decoder or a problem while encoding it ?
im pasting an image of it .. if required i can put up the bin file from gspot ..

ps: i still cant playback div3 low-motion even after going thru the extensive sticky on it..
