160Mb undersize w/0.81Pro+HC

I got this with targetsector=2259000 , now I'm triyng the same DVD w/targetsector=2340920 to see what happen.

Anyway this is not the first time i get all this undersizing with Procoder!

Is there a reason why?

With those new settings I got 50Mb undersize. During encoding I also noticed HC sometimes doesn't reach the requested average bitrate.
Is there a problem determining it in RB?
Anyone with the same problem?
My settings for HC are : Best quality .
All other settings : Default.
RB version ; 0.82Pro.

its been discussed before that HC's rate control is not perfect yet. yes it can undersize sometimes. hank315 has already said that will be worked on, you just have to be patient.
