It would be nice if you could set three specific top-level paths for RB Source, Working Directory, and Output Directory.

That way when you go to browse, it would start at that top level and you'd only have to navigate downward (usually just one level).

On top of that, it would be nice if you could type in the name of the path. I really hate it when browser windows start all the way up and you have to click on My Computer to get to the drive you want and then navigate slowly downwards from that...

Just an idea for the future.

I agree; I hate having to browse to something that I could type in in a small fraction of the time. I usually just edit the rebuilder.ini file before starting Rebuilder; it's much faster.

What would work great for me would be a default starting directory, and relative paths for the directories. (Or, the ability to enter a movie name and have it substituted in a template for all three paths.)

Everything gets ripped to c:\DVD_Videos\<title>, so my rebuilder.ini would contain (e.g.)

Source=C:\DVD_VIDEOS\Mulan2\VIDEO_TS\
Working=C:\DVD_VIDEOS\Mulan2\
Output=C:\DVD_VIDEOS\Mulan2\REBUILT\

Why do you have to complicate? :)
The simple thing to do is to came up with some kind of device that could read our thoughts... that way we wouldn't have to touch the computer :D
Or even better... a device that could rip the Movies that I got on my brain :D
Wouldn't that be the TOP? :D

Sorry... I couldn't help it :D

Actually, I simplified it by writing a front-end batch file. I just type (e.g.) "rbsetup mulan2", and it runs sed to update the rebuilder.ini to point all the paths at the right directory, change OneClick to 1, and remove the Selected= line, then log version and timestamp info for all executables, and then start up Rebuilder.
