Is there a guide for converting NeroDigital to DVD with subtitles and chapters?

if neros own tools dont perform this conversion, i doubt its possible to get the subs/chapters out of the .mp4 files and into dvd (easily?)

the video stream can surely easily be converted with any dvd creator that supports directshow input
