Combining NTSC video & PAL audio?

I want to take my "They Live" R1 and R2 DVDs and make a backup with the R1 video and R2 5.1 audio + commentary tracks.

How do I go about doing this?

I know I have to convert the PAL audio to NTSC speed so it will sync up. Retaining menus is not really necessary as I can select the 2 new audio track manually anyway.

Check the running times of both audio versions and if they are the same, you should have no problem. If the PAL is shorter, then you will have to time-stretch it..
