Ok I think that this is the right forum to put this in. Ok what is Noise in video and can you give me an example???? Thanks and please move this to the correct topic if it is not already.

huh

Noise is a general term.

That is when your video contains scratches or artifact,
or any kind of visible problems that affect the picture quality.

So it can be one spot, or some constant mist...

Anything that will disturb the image can be considered as noise.

Simply decode a video with ffdshow n' activate its noise option... ;)
