Not sure if you guys post anything other than questions or problems, so if this is against the rules, please lock/delete it.

Im wondering how many movies, total, you have ripped.

I havent been doing it for too long,about 2 months or so, but i have about 45.

Movies: about 15 maybe.

I ripped my entire X-files collection once. 202 eps * 350MB
The CPU load was quite heavy back then :D

But this a boring thread.

All I can say is 'OUCH' my rips only take 2 hours for about 1 hour 50 minute film on 2 pass.

600-700, but majority recompressed to DVD5 format (much quicker); remainder to DivX & SVCD.

AutoGK is a god-send for high volume encoding.

A lot of various things - I count 800 DVD-ROMS with not less than 3 movies on each, about 1/3 of my collection is TV shows, 12 to 25 per disc. I quit trying to organize them six months ago and now just stack them in spindles. I do still label them all with nice full-color printouts - thank goodness I can get my printer cartridge in bulk packs.

800 DVD's with 3 or more movies on each, piracy if ever I heard of it.
