I have a question. There was a time, not so long ago, when i was trying all the dvd rippers/converters until i landed on auotoGk. After i started using this, i havent needed anything else..

well, heres my question, when i found AutoGK, i had a shitload of other rippers on my computer, so im not exactly sure what i would need on a computer with a fresh install for the whole converting process. So far i've installed autogk and virtualdum mod. Do i need AviSynth? and if so, what will be the outcome if I dont use it?

I ask because i installed AutoGK alone on another computer and the video was glitchy and out-of-sync. So, what are all the additional progs i need to install?

I suggest you keep it simple and let AutoGK do all the installations for you. Whatever apps AutoGK need are bundled with the setup.exe, so it will install whatever it needs - AVISynth, XviD, VirtualDubMOD etc.

You don't have to do any 'extra' installations of your own.
