I updated to the last version and now I cannot encode MPEG-1 files with 2-pass CBR anymore. With the previous version, this was feasible.

Does anyone now why they removed this function?

EDIT: I received an e-mail from Sanae Kojima saying:

"Sorry, we found that the program actually performed 1-pass CBR
in former version in spite of setting 2-pass CBR for MPEG-1 output,
and finally found that it has been limited by CCE encoding engine.
So we remove 2-pass CBR mode on MPEG-1 files"
