avi to xvid out of sync in AutoGK

I have captured 1 hour of video in PICVideo and when I use the new version of AutoGK to convert it, AV is slowly getting out of sync.
How can I avoid this?
Can AutoGK just do the video and leave the audio like it is? Will that help?

What is PICVideo and what kind of audio does it have?

Sorry, I capture with my Terratec TV software and the codec is PICVideo M-jpeg. So my capture file is .avi format which the new AutoGK can work with. But the problem is that it gets out of sync after a conversion to xvid or divx
