What version(s) are you using?

I will insert a check in next release to avoid this error.
Anyway, you have two ways to solve with the current version:
1) use "VobID Link" for all VobID's in VTS 1 (preferred)
2) change for the second VobID in VTS 1 to VBR (it should be much smaller than the first one).

Thanks, Rockas and robot1. robot1, what do you mean by use "VobID Link" for all VobID's in VTS 1 ? How do you do it? THANKS

Press "Vob-ID link".
In the new window, click "Link all in this VTS".

Try opening a file .avs with mediaplayer (you can use also Preview in RB-Opt).
You should see your movie, but I think you will find two red lines with an avisynth error.
If you have the error, try to install DVD-RB using the installer by Rockas.
