When I try to creat a DVD from an AVI using DVD2SVCD (with TMPENC and saving into a folder on a NTFS partition) everything goes fine until the very end when I get the message below. If I look in the DVD2SVCD folder I find an MPEG file which is the finished film. I can procees this with TMPENC DVD Author & NERO to get the DVD but I would like to use the part of DVD2SVCD with does the conversion. If I look in the DVD2SVCD DVD image tab it is marked as DVD Author, is this the reason why or does anyone know what else the problem could be.
Executing MkIsoFs. Commandline:
"E:\TMPGENC\mkisofs.exe" -o "C:\Program Files\DVD2SVCD\Movie\DVDImage.iso" -publisher "DVD2SVCD" -volid "" -dvd-video "C:\Program Files\DVD2SVCD\Movie\DVD-Files"
Createprocess failed.
MkIsoFs failed. Please verify your CD Image tab.

If the conversion has gone OK and the MPEG file has been satisfactorily created, the most common cause of failure is low disc space.
If this is not the case then please post a full logfile.

Sorry. It looking back, I should've spotted this from the original fragment you posted.
It appears your MkIsoFs path is way out!
The executable for MkIsoFs should reside in
C:\Program Files\DVD2SVCD\DVDAuthor\mkisofs.exe
not
E:\TMPGENC\ as your log stated.
Go into Misc tab and do a crash recover. I can't remember if image creation has its own step or whether DVD Authoring is the last option.
DO NOT PRESS THE "CONTINUE" BUTTON!
Go to the DVD Image tab and in the browse box next to ISO image, enter the correct path for mkisofs.exe, using the browse button at the end of the box.
Now go back to the Misc tab and continue. It should work.
