easiest way to join wav and avi?

What is the easiest way to join wav/mp3 back with the avi file after I have edited the sound in Goldwave?
Why can't Goldwave do it?

I don't know Goldwave but you can do it with VirtualDub or AviMuxGui

Goldwave can't do it, because it doesn't do video, so it doesnt' recognize the avi. It can demux, but not remux.
Virtualdub would be the easiest way.
Sony Soundforge can remux.
