I used 1.60 for a while and do not remember it trying to rerun 1st pass before. Ever since upgrading I get this regularly. I record video with my pvr-250's at 720x480 8mbits/s 192 audio. I then shrink them to 300MB/hr with auto width & 128 audio.
Is it re-running to get better quality by lowering the resolution? If so, would it be better & faster for me to capture at a smaller resolution?
