batch mux 2 audio tracks with video

I have some xvid video files in avi without sound and then I have 2 audio tracks in mp3 for that avi and I want to mux all that into 1 avi. I know how to do it in virtualdubmod, the thing is, I have to do it to more than 60files and I was wondering if there's a faster way to do this?

can you give me an example on how to do it with at least 2 files so I can I can create my batch?
