i need decoder for nero_mp4, without installation NeroRecode(NeroVisionExpress).

first of all plz dont use the sticky for discussing non-sticky related things -> split
than you might want to know that you can get the nero decoder inside nero's own packages of course
than you might want to know that the nero decoder is limited and will not work unless you have a full installation of the nero vision express package
