Hello.
Have an issue that I haven't been able to figure out or fix with info researched on the net. Hoping someone here can help!
The issue is this...
Whenever I try to use DVD2SVCD(ver. 1.2.2.3) to rip/convert a DVD to Bin/Cues, the process hangs after it opens up DVD2AVI(ver. 1.76). I have tried to open DVD2AVI up beforehand, this does not solve the problem. I have tried using both vStrip(ver 0.8f) and the internal rip routines to the same results.
This happens whether or not I use DS2RoBa(excellent program!).
This happens whether or not I have the DVD in the drive or have created an image and mounted it.
I pretty much leave everything at the default settings. Maybe only changing the Name and Title Picture.
Strangely enough... if I manually rip the DVD with vStrip(or SmartRipper, etc.) this problem does not manifest itself and the process completes without a hitch.
It only happens when I try to rip the DVD with DVD2SVCD.
So, as I've stated, I can work around the problem. I would just like to know if I can fix it so I can put a DVD in my drive and have DVD2SVCD do all the work.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!
