Adding/Removing streams from .ogm using OGMTools

I'm programming a personal-use frontend for managing streams in .ogm files. The program is a frontend that uses OGMTools to execute the tasks. Is there a way using OGMTools (or perhaps some other commandline app) to remove a stream from a .ogm that does not involve demuxing all streams and then remuxing it without the stream to be removed? Similarly, is there a way to add a stream without demuxing all streams and remuxing it with the extra one?
