View Full Version : Hi, i have one question about color matrix & autoGK

i see in some last version of autoGK that autoGK use colormatrix to corect color shift caused by dvd->mpeg4 transcode :)

but i never see in last few versions that in log file?
This mean that autoGK no more use colormatrix, or just no show that in log file, or my new dvd's not need to correct???

i see in advanced (hiden) options that i can enable colormatrix (if needed)

please, give me better explanation about these issues..

Not every dvd requires color correction, its only applied when needed.

ok, but what to do with "hiden options" (ctrl+f9)
i see option "color matrix when needed"
i must set that to make color_matrix to work "when needed"
or color matrix is applied automaticaly, even if that field in "hiden options" is disabled?????

i'm a bit confused

ok, i understand...

i doubt that you disabled color-matrix by default, because
of slowdown od 10-20% when needed.. If we want slowdown as "-" for better looking as "+" then we can enabled that in "hiden option"..

If you're asking if its disabled by default for perfomance reasons, then yes it is.
