Its weird, it always worked. Now i say Video size, 600mb. And the MP3 audio is 100. So i know it will come out to a 700MB .Avi, its been outputting things at 1.2GB. Also another thing is why does it encode the movie, hten encode it again with no sound. Anyway to turn that off? Also i just encoded for 1pass for a hour. a 2hr long movie. Gave me a 7mb file

Hello, and welcome to the forum.
...been outputting things at 1.2GB...

...just encoded for 1pass...Gave me a 7mb file
A first pass of a multipass encoding is not the same as a 1-pass encoding. The .avi files produced are dummy files. If you want to do 1-pass encoding, use AGK, not GK, or use GK only as a script generator for VdubMod.
