Cut movie

What should i use if i want to cut a piece of a movie somewhere in the middle and save it as a file?

If i want a 100 mb file or a 30 sec movie piece.

What prog can do that

Use VobBlanker's cut function and use the option of keep between marks (blank out all other titles and menus) - There's a guide on the VobBlanker site to using this function plus a very good help file.

Or use cutfile, (on the Others tab of the VobBlanker site). This will cut a VOB between any 2 LBAs.

Difference between the 2 methods is that the former produces a compliant DVD, the latter only a VOB.
