how do i load urls of rmvb in graphedit?

All my rmvb files render without problem in graphedit
But when I try to load my own uploaded rmvb clips in graphedit via file/render url they do not load

Maybe graphedit cannot load URLs...

uploaded small wmv file and checked-renders perfectly-loads via the avi/wav source filter.
As per MS we should be able to enter urls-but the only available method is the windows file open dialog box-how does one enter a url?
