You can find some programs developed by me, which you might find interesting. Lightsaber effect creator (developed 3 years ago, but I could upload my homepage now :devil: ) and some others, video-related also.
There are also video guides, but sorry, not yet in english. :( (but in hungarian :))

The page is still under construction (I'm updating it almost daily...), I appreciate any kind of comments. Please send some!

could you make an avisynth plugin that can do the video editing part of it (with a config file from one of the GUIs)

Well I feel stupid. I don't really understand what video editing...
But anyway, I don't think I can write an avisynth plugin :(

If you mean that a plugin, which can load the LSMaker project file, then output the processed frame, well, great idea! But I don't think I can do it :(

well, if you'd share the needed code i should be able to port it

What a pity... I can only program in Delphi (yet, for now...).
Delphi is not quite good for these professional programs (AviSynth, VirtualDub...)
But if I knew AviSynth better (what procedures, types are needed), well, I would give it a try!

www.avisynth.org has a filter sdk for c++
i also think there has been a delphi discussion here already, try searching
would be a nice plug-in, but no problem if it doesn't work out
