xp networking with me

i'm trying to create a network between 3 computer (2 winme, 1 xp)

i have no problems with winme(s), only with xp which belong to my neighbor

i'm able to connect to his pc, but everytime he tries to connect to mine, it said something like: "need adminstrive permission", i have no idea what that means or what to do; solutions anybody?


this is probably nothing (note the sarcasm)

i remember reading something about network conflict bewteen xp and any os lower than win2k (ie. me, 98(se), 95), could that be the problem

i have had the same problem, but don't have a clue how to resolve.
