A friend of mine has been having strange issues with playback of some video clips. They start out playing correctly but after a little while the video slows down drastically and the audio stays at the right speed, the FourCC for these files was mp42 codec name: S-Mpeg-4 version 2, and Gspot says that Microsoft’s mpeg4 decoder should be able to play it fine. Also been having similar problems with some wmv's encoded in wmv9.
Anyone have any idea what may be causing it, we thought it might be a problem with wmp (works fine in VLC), and I was just wondering if someone else may have had a similar issue and a solution to it.
