DVD Decrypter IFO mode stream processing yields incomplete PGC 1

I am trying to backup my BtVS boxsets to dvd-r5 and have come across the following problem with the final disc (s07 d06 UK PAL) - the problem occurs whether I use DoItFast4U to automate the rip or do a manual rip of PGC01 in VTS01:

The resulting audio and video streams are truncated by approx 8 mins missing the final 2 chapters. This causes a vobu less then 10.00 error when attempting to reauthor the project in Scenarist because the video stream ends unexpectedly within a second of chapter marker 13. (is this coincidence?)

Has anyone else had this problem or can suggest a fix to allow me to rip the pgc to a d2v and ac3? I will manually rename and drop the files into the big3 solution when i can get complete streams....

Having looked at the IFO, the final 2 chapters are 00:02:33.12 / 25fps and 00:01:47.21 / 25fps

So thats a little over 4 mins in total.

What happens if you JUST select those last chapters (one at a time maybe). Does anything get ripped? (or are the output VOBs empty?)

If I select to demux only the last 2 chapters it rips the partial audio and partial video just fine (I am excluding subs) :confused:

i havent really seen this with video.. but i imagine it could happen. you may have to do a vobid demux. sometimes short stops in video (ive seen this only in audio so far) makes pgc demux less than optimal.
