Real to DVIX?

hello i just have an archos 420 to my friend he is from china and has his favorite chinese series in rmv format because thats a very popular format overthere. ive only seen him with dvix once and it was a japanese program. any way does any one know of a program to transform rmv to divx? because the archos 420 only plays dvix. hopefully im in the right forum thanks :)

Variable Frame Per Seconds

I don't think RV is that much VFPS. It can drop frames like every other codec in a CFPS way. Karl would be best to confirm that.
