I am about to encode a DVD to Xvid. AGK detected the source as NTSC. Before encoding, I tried its preview and it came up correctly but...

From the preview, it appears the movie is interlaced. But AGK is not de-interlacing the video. When I checked the CTRL-F9 assistant, there is only option to de-interlace hybrid source.

Therefore my question is if AGK preview shows the video as interlaced, will the final encoded output be de-interlaced?

Preview doesn't show how movie is going to be deinterlaced etc. It just shows AR, cropping and subs selection. Just proceed with encoding. Analysis will be done during the whole process.
