When encoding anime, I like to play around with the telecide settings. In GK, it has a "one size fits all" approach with decombing. Is it possible to, I guess, automate the avisynth customization for every encode that I do? Right now, what I do is that I set up my xvid encode, and after I click on "Save and Encode" and go to my encode menu, I manually edit the .avs file to do what I want. Is there a way to customize the avisynth stuff within GKnot? tia...

yes there is, with the advanced avs window. You can create custom ini files which act as templates and do exactly what you want to do.

I took a semester in Irish and one of the mysteries of Irish pronunciation is that 'm' is somtimes pronounced as a 'v', and most especially when I see m (either lenited, eclipsed, or whatever it's called) followed by an 'h'. For example, "Nemed" is pronounced "neh-ved."
