What to use to edit HDTV AC3 captures?

Hi all,

HDTVtoMPEG2 cant handle captures that have AC3 audio.

Can anyone sugest a similar tool that can so i can remove adds from my HDTV recordings?

I use Womble MPEG-VCR.
Not free though.
