On the news page under 3/16 a news blurb was published about a Frenchmen who dodged a lawsuit because he didn't redistribute downloaded music files. Does anyone have a link to a website where this story is published?

Here's the news blurb: "Here's one to piss off the movie industry: they sued a guy in France for having downloaded 500 movies but now an appeals court has ruled in favor of the defendant, finding him not guilty because he did not redistribute the movies, the movies were for private use only and there is a tax on blank media that goes directly to copyright owners."

Didn't think to search for those keywords. I searched for French Movie Lawsuit but didn't get that result.

Thanks.
