DVD Decrypter and subtitles: sometimes out of sync

I have noticed a problem with DVD Decryptor and subtitles: on some titles the PTS of subtitles will be off by a few seconds when I copy the VOB and let only the subtitles stay in it. Seems to affect DVD with multiple versions of a movie (seamless branching).

If I copy the VOB and let subtitles AND an audio track stay in the VOB, the PTS of the subs are OK.

Is this a DVD Decryptor related problem or am I misunderstanding something?
