Would I like to know if a non paying program exists capable to transform a strip black and white video in color?
Second question:
Does can one achieved this transformation with a line of script?
Third question:
Do exist today special programs for the video that permit to decipher the chromatic content of a picture and to adapt a script for an optimal quality on a basis restricted 1 or 2 CDs?
