Hi!
I just made a .sup file for a dvd and now i'd like to insert it into my DVD..
I only have the VIDEO_TS folder with the *.BUP,*.IFO & *.VOB files..
Can I insert them without having to demux the whole dvd?
Thanks in advance!

Subtitles are multiplexed elements of VOBs and thus any attempt to 'insert' them will, unfortunately, require demuxing and remuxing.

So how does it work when SubRip rips them from the dvd?
if subrip can 'read' them from the vob, couldn't it be able to write them to it ;) ?

DVD-RB directly updates the navpacks of the vobs to insert the subtitles IIRC. So i would say it should be possible to do it. But there's no application that can simply insert subs into an existing dvd structure, but feel free to start coding :)
