I left an encode of Cube Zero running overnight with x264. Created the First Pass job, but since I haven't recompressed the audio yet (will do with faac) I didn't know what to set the Second Pass bitrate to, so I decided just to test out the performance at 500kbps.
If I run a Third Pass at 900kbps for example, will the output be ok? Or should I rename the Second Pass stats file to prevent it from "tainting" the process?
