Well, I found this nice software, it got all the features I ever wanted in an authoring soft and it's cheap (very good point)
But I got a little problem, I used to use the betas and all the DVD worked fine on everything I got at home (xbox, ps2, cheap dvd players) but as of the last version wich is not beta anymore the DVDs just wont work on the xbox, all I get is a black screen.
It's not a burning problem and the video streams I use are totaly compliant.
I suspect the xbox dvd soft decoder to be picky about the DVD structure (ex: some HK movie I got don't work on it)
Anyone got that problem? or have any idea what can cause this?

DLP uses a very basic ASPI burner. I would suggest you use Nero or somesuch to do your burns. It does something different for the leadout on DAO (so I've been told). I had the same trouble, disks that would play in one standalone, but not another, and just gave up, switched to Nero 6.3 for doing all my burns, and haven't had trouble since.
I went through the whole range of media, and it made no difference.

I always use nero to burn :scared:

Are you using the stable release, or the beta?
Are you making a mixed mode compilation?
Do you have more than one VTS?
I would need to see your assets and your connections tab.
It's quite possible there's something in your compilation that's messing it up, or there's something in the way xbox reads burns that causes it not to work.

I use latest stable version with default configuration. Even in movie only mode with 1 audio and 1 sub I still get the same thing, black screen.
I think DVDLab is messing something in the main ifo file generation. I had no problem with betas, very strange...
gotta check if I have one of the beta but I don't think those work anymore :|

I think it's more to do with your xbox, than DLP.
Try the relaxed settings on the compilation window.
