Nero AVC replay question

I found that I can also use FFDSHOW to play those files encoded by Nero Recode, it seems that FFDSHOW use x264 lib to play the Nero AVC. Would it cause any quality problem ? Or I should also use Nero AVC decoder to play the files encoded by Nero Recoder. :confused:

x264 is an encoder only. ffdshow has it's own decoder for H.264. While I can't guarantee it to be completely free of bugs, AFAIK ffdshow is a standards compliant H.264 decoder, so it will produce output identical to Nero.
