Need help with avimuxer

I have a AAC HE file made with Nero's wave editor.
The problem is Wave editor use the 'get the hell out of the way' mp4 container for AAC.
Thus avimuxer won't open it.

What can I do ?

mp4UI (http://mp4ui.sourceforge.net/) - open your .mp4 aac audio in it , export just the audio track saving as .aac. Dont forget to tell avimux its he-aac :)
