'translator notes'

what would be the best way to add a small 'clip' in the beginning (more like create) that is usually used for "translator's notes"

I am thinking of just a background image with subtitles (through textsub())

how would I load the image or create a simple one though? (simple = single color background), mayble a music track.

I used search, but couldn't come up with anything, I remember there was something here though ...

Use blankclip and subtitle.
