Failure in Scenaid beta 17 and 20

hi i got a dvd which always had failures due to reencode nromally these failures appear on authoring it with scenarist. now i gave the new scenaid a try and thought these failures might be fixed now. its a one vts double vob id dvd with ~160 pgc (music video dvd). the old scenaid 1.0 didt do any failures while creating the script. now im using the new and i always get these failures

so this must be a problem with the avs.. how to fix this ???

what dvd is it? Id like to know just to to have as a benchmark.

also.. are you saying the old scenaid was able to process it WITHOUT errors?

jup tried it again with the old scenaid and it worked. but when importiong into sceanrist, scenarist collpaps :(
